All such data is handled directly by Razorpay in compliance with RBI guidelines and PCI-DSS standards.
3. Product Representations
Flowzity is the merchant of record for all products sold on this platform. While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, pricing (inclusive of applicable taxes in INR), and availability are subject to modification without prior notice. Razorpay acts solely as a facilitator and does not guarantee the quality or delivery of products.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your use of the website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
